Ingredients
- 2 cups Simply Asia® Japanese Inspired Ramen Soy Ginger Chicken Broth
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 MIX broth, honey, garlic salt and black pepper in medium bowl until well blended. Set aside. Heat oil in large deep skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken in batches; cook until golden brown on each side. Remove from skillet. Add carrots and onions to skillet; cook and stir until golden brown.
- 2 RETURN chicken to skillet. Stir in broth mixture. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from the sauce. Slice chicken and set aside.
- 3 MIX cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water in small bowl until smooth. Add to skillet; stirring constantly, bring to boil on medium heat and boil 1 to 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Return sliced chicken to the sauce; stir to blend. Serve over rice or noodles, if desired.
