Ingredients
- 1/2 package (7 ounces) Simply Asia® Chinese Style Lo Mein Noodles
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 5 teaspoons Simply Asia® Spicy Furikake Japanese Style Seasoning, divided
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 5 heads baby bok choy, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain. Set aside.
- 2 Heat oil in large saucepan or Dutch oven on medium heat. Add ginger; cook and stir 30 seconds to 1 minute or until fragrant. Add ground pork; cook and stir until no longer pink. Drain excess liquid. :
- 3 Stir in stock, soy sauce, 3 teaspoons of the Spicy Furikake Seasoning and garlic powder. Bring to gentle boil. Add cooked noodles and bok choy. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until heated through. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with remaining 2 teaspoons Seasoning.
