Ingredients
- 1 Simply Asia® Sichuan Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil, divided
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup sliced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced yellow onion
- 1/2 cup green beans
- 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice, drained
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet.
- 2 Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 minutes or until tender crisp. Return chicken to skillet.

Stir in Sauce and pineapple until well mixed and cook just until heated through.
