Ingredients
- 1 package Simply Asia® Sesame Ginger Hibachi Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil, divided
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
- 3 cups assorted cut-up vegetables, such as broccoli, bell peppers, mushroom, and zucchini
- Cooked rice
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Whisk water, soy sauce and Seasoning Mix in small bowl. Set aside.
- 2 Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet. Add vegetables; stir-fry 5 minutes or until tender crisp. Return chicken to skillet.

Stir sauce mixture. Add to skillet. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Stir-fry 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened. Serve over cooked rice.
Test Kitchen Tips: Also great with steak, shrimp or tofu. Serve over noodles in place of the rice, if desired.
