Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds salmon, cut into 4 portions
- 2 tablespoons Japanese-style mayonnaise, such as Kewpie®
- 1/2 teaspoon less sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon wasabi paste (optional)
- 4 teaspoons Simply Asia® Furikake Japanese Style Seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 400 F. Place salmon, skin side down, on parchment-lined sheet pan. Set aside.
- 2 Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, and wasabi in small bowl. Spread evenly over salmon. Sprinkle Furikake Seasoning evenly over mayonnaise mixture.
- 3 Bake 15 to 18 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with hot cooked white rice, if desired.
