Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 2 seedless oranges, peeled, sectioned and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 Mandarin Orange Stir Fry Sauce
- 4 boneless pork chops (about 1 1/4 pounds)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 MIX first 6 ingredients in medium bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of the Stir-Fry Sauce; mix well. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 2 GRILL pork chops over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness, brushing with remaining Stir-Fry Sauce. Discard any remaining Stir-Fry Sauce. Serve pork chops with Citrus Relish.
