Ingredients
- 2 boxes (8 1/ounces each) corn muffin mix
- 2 can (15 1/4 ounces each) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (14 3/4 ounces) cream-style corn
- 1/2 cup Stubb’s® Green Chile Anytime Sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 medium jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- 1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- Bake 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
