- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup Stubb's Sweet Heat Bar-B-Q Sauce, or more to taste
- 1/2 medium white or yellow onion, diced
- 1 large celery stick, diced
- 3 scallions, sliced, plus more for garnish
- 1 cup cooked crab meat, lump or claw meat (canned or in refrigerated seafood section)
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan or Cheddar cheese, plus 1/4 for topping
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crackers or chips for serving
- Pour the mixture into a medium-sized baking dish (8x8 inch square or similar) and bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Top with extra cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
- Let cool down for a few minutes before serving. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
INSTRUCTIONS

- 2 Pour the mixture into a medium-sized baking dish (8x8 inch square or similar) and bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Top with extra cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
- 3 Let cool down for a few minutes before serving. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
