Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Stubb's® Black Pepper & Smoke Rub
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon zest
- 2 pounds skin-on salmon fillets, about 1-inch thick
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix Rub and lemon zest in small bowl. Rub mixture evenly over salmon. Let stand 5 minutes.

Grill salmon over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Alternate Cooking Method: To prepare salmon in the oven instead of on the grill, season salmon as directed. Place salmon on large shallow foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Bake 20 to 30 minutes in preheated 375ºF oven or until fish flakes easily with fork.
