- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- STUBBS Chicken Marinade
- STUBBS Original BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 drained pineapple bits
- 1 tablespoon minced cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Trim the fat from chicken breast halves
- 2 Place in a bowl and pour 1/2-3/4 cups STUBBS marinade over the chicken and toss pieces to coat.
- 3 Add pineapple and cilantro to the bowl and toss to coat.
- 4 Marinade an hour.
- 5 Cook on a medium-high hot grill until the chicken is cooked through and registers 165 on a meat thermometer.
- 6 Serve with Mango Salsa.
