Wicked Chicken Wing Sauce, despite its name, is a good way to kick up the flavors in lots of dishes; try it in this hamburger recipe to add some Legendary Texas SPICE to your regular burgers.

- 4 sheets aluminum foil (12x12-inches each)
- 1/2 ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup Stubb's® Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/3 cup Stubb's Wicked Wing Sauce or Stubb's Original Wing Sauce
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 hamburger buns
- Your favorite hamburger toppings
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat grill on medium-high heat.
- 2 Mix together salt and meat. Shape mixture into four patties.
- 3 Mix Stubb's Bar-B-Q Sauce, Stubb's Wicked Wing Sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice in a bowl. (Save some extra Stubb's Bar-B-Q Sauce for later).
- 4 Place each patty on its own 12x12-inch sheet of foil. Pour sauce mixture evenly over each patty. Flip the patty so that both sides are coated in sauce.
- 5 Wrap each patty snugly in aluminum foil. Grill foil-wrapped patties about 20 minutes, flipping occasionally.
- 6 Remove foil, slather with extra Stubb's Bar-B-Q Sauce and serve on a bun with your favorite toppings.
