Texas Heat Burgers

  • 1 1/3 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/4 cup Stubb's Legendary Bar-B-Q Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Pickled Jalapeños, chopped
  • pinch of Cayenne Pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 slices Colby Jack Cheese, optional
  • 4 Hamburger Buns
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Stubb's Legendary Bar-B-Q Sauce
  • Lettuce
  • Red Onion, sliced
  • Pickled Jalapeños
  • Fresh Tomato, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Prepare your grill for high heat cooking.
  • 2 In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, sauce, jalapeño, and cayenne pepper. Divide into four patties and season each on both sides with salt and pepper.
  • 3 Grill burgers on for 3 minutes on each side. If using cheese, add it during the last minute of cooking.
  • 4 Mix together mayonnaise and sauce.
  • 5 Serve burgers fully loaded with as many toppings as you can handle.
