- 1 1/3 pound Ground Beef
- 1/4 cup Stubb's Legendary Bar-B-Q Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Pickled Jalapeños, chopped
- pinch of Cayenne Pepper
- salt and pepper
- 4 slices Colby Jack Cheese, optional
- 4 Hamburger Buns
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Stubb's Legendary Bar-B-Q Sauce
- Lettuce
- Red Onion, sliced
- Pickled Jalapeños
- Fresh Tomato, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Prepare your grill for high heat cooking.
- 2 In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, sauce, jalapeño, and cayenne pepper. Divide into four patties and season each on both sides with salt and pepper.
- 3 Grill burgers on for 3 minutes on each side. If using cheese, add it during the last minute of cooking.
- 4 Mix together mayonnaise and sauce.
- 5 Serve burgers fully loaded with as many toppings as you can handle.
