Stove Top Directions:
Pick a Protein 1 lb., cut into 1/2-inch cubes
*Boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs.
Brown chicken pieces. Mix 2 cups water, Rice Mix, cooked chicken and 1 Tbsp. butter in 3-quart saucepan until well blended. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover. Simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
