Ingredients
- Spicy Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1/2 package (4 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons Zatarain's® Cajun Hot Sauce
- Cornbread Cupcakes
- 1 package (12.5 ounces) Zatarain's® Honey Butter Cornbread Mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 For the Frosting, beat cream cheese in large bowl until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in confectioners’ sugar until smooth. Stir in Hot Sauce until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- 2 For the Cornbread Cupcakes, preheat oven to 375°F. Line 9 muffin cups with paper baking cups. Mix Cornbread Mix, milk, butter and eggs in large bowl just until moistened. Spoon 1/4 cup batter into each muffin cup.
- 3 Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Spread frosting evenly over top to serve.
