- 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 5 tablespoons Zatarain's® Cajun Hot Sauce, divided
- 3 tablespoons plain dry bread crumbs

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix ground turkey, bell pepper, celery, 3 tablespoons of the hot sauce and bread crumbs in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 5 patties.
- 2 Grill burgers over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F), brushing with remaining hot sauce.
- 3 Serve burgers on rolls with desired toppings and condiments.
