Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 package Zatarain's® Caribbean Rice Mix
- 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Bring water and oil to boil in large skillet on high heat. Stir in Rice Mix; return to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes
- 2 Stir in shrimp; mix well. Cover and cook 5 minutes longer or until shrimp turn pink and rice is tender. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes before serving
