Ingredients
- 1 package (14 ounces) Zatarain’s® Caribbean Style Jerk Chicken Smoked Sausage , cut diagonally into 1-inch slices
- 2 medium avocados, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- 1 large ripe mango, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/4-inch chunks
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cook and stir sausage in large nonstick pan on medium-high heat, until well browned, about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 2 Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in medium bowl. Serve Mango Avocado Salsa with hot cooked sausage.
