Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1 package Zatarain's® Garden District Kitchen Parmesan Garlic Brown Rice With White Beans
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Melt butter in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from skillet.
- 2 Stir Rice Mix and water into skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until rice is tender and most of the water is absorbed.
- 3 Return chicken to skillet and stir in spinach. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
