Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Zatarain's® Chicken Air Fryer Seasoned Coating
- 1 egg
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Pour Chicken Coating Mix in shallow dish or large resealable plastic bag. Beat egg in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg to moisten. Dip or shake chicken in Coating Mix, a few pieces at a time, pressing to coat evenly. Discard any remaining egg or coating.
- 2 Place chicken in single layer in air fryer basket.
- 3 Air fry 15 minutes at 350°F or until chicken is cooked through (no need to turn chicken; internal temp. should reach 165°F). Serve immediately.

To prepare in the oven, coat chicken as directed. Place chicken on large foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Bake in preheated 425°F oven 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Test Kitchen Tip: Serve chicken or pork chops with Creole Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce. Mix 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup Zatarain's® Creole Mustard and 2 tablespoons honey in bowl until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
