- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup Zatarain's® Crispy Southern Fish Fri
- 4 green tomatoes, cut into 1/3-inch thick slices
- Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Pour oil into deep heavy skillet, filling no more than 1/3 full. Heat on medium-high heat to 350°F
- 2 Beat eggs and water in shallow bowl. Place Fish-Fri in shallow dish. Dip tomato slices in egg mixture. Coat in Fish-Fri, pressing lightly; shake off excess
