Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 package ZATARAIN'S® Rice Pilaf
- 1 cup frozen cut green beans
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add shallots; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until fragrant.
- 2 Stir water and Rice Mix into skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
- 3 Stir in green beans. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer or until rice is tender. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff rice with fork before serving. Sprinkle with almonds.
