- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups chopped seeded tomatoes
- 1 package ZATARAIN'S® Rice Pilaf
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir 3 minutes or until softened. Add water and tomatoes; bring to boil
- 2 Stir in Rice Mix; return to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes before serving
