- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup coarsely chopped celery
- 1 cup coarsely chopped onion
- 1 cup coarsely chopped red bell pepper
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
- 7 cups water
- 1 package Zatarain's® Red Beans & Rice Dinner Mix
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in large saucepot or Dutch oven on medium heat. Add celery, onion and bell pepper; cook and stir 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add garlic and oregano; cook and stir 1 minute
- 2 Stir in water, Rice Mix, corn and sausage; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
- 3 Ladle into soup bowls to serve.
