Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Parsley Flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 seconds or until fragrant. (Do not brown.) Add shrimp and Seasoning; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Sprinkle with parsley.
- 2 Serve over cooked pasta or rice, if desired.
