Ingredients
- 1 package McCormick® Bag 'n Season® Pork Chops Cooking & Seasoning Mix
- 1 boneless pork roast, (3 pounds), trimmed

pineapple preserves
Substitutions available
- apricot preserves
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange opened Cooking Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan or dish. Place roast in bag.
- 2 Mix Seasoning Mix with preserves, soy sauce and ginger. Spoon mixture over roast. Sprinkle top with green onions, if desired. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.
- 3 Bake in lower half of oven 1 hour or until desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Spoon pan juices over pork.
TIPS AND TRICKS
IMPORTANT: Allow 8 inches for bag to expand while cooking. Cooking bag should not touch oven walls or racks.
