Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup finely crushed corn tortilla chips
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Cilantro Leaves
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Onion Salt
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Paprika
- 1 cup salsa
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix ground beef, tortilla chips, egg and seasonings in large bowl.
- 2 Shape into a loaf on shallow baking pan. Pour salsa over top.
- 3 Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until meat loaf is cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
