- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Salt Free Garlic and Herb Seasoning
- 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced zucchini
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion

- 1 Mix oil, vinegar and Seasoning in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add chickpeas, cucumber, bell pepper, zucchini and onion; toss to coat well. Cover.
- 2 Refrigerate until ready to serve.
