Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mango, finely chopped
- 12 cup El Guapo® Coco Rallado Endulzado (Sweetened Shredded Coconut)
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup El Guapo® Flor de Jamaica (Hibiscus Flowers)
- 1 El Guapo® Whole Cinnamon (Canela Entera)
- 2/3 cup sugar

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix mango and Shredded Coconut in small bowl. Divide mixture evenly between 10 popsicle molds or small disposable cups.
- 2 Bring water to boil in small saucepan on high heat. Stir in Hibiscus Flowers and Cinnamon Stick. Cover. Remove from heat, let stand 10 minutes to steep.
- 3 Strain into large glass measuring cup or bowl. Discard flowers and Cinnamon Stick. Stir in sugar until completely dissolved. Refrigerate until completely cooled.
- 4 Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle stick or colorful straw into center of each mold. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight until solid.
