- 1/4 cup French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups cooked quinoa, cooled
- 1 avocado, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup pepitas, toasted

- 1 MIX Mustard, lime juice, honey, cilantro, cumin and salt in large bowl until well blended. Add quinoa, avocado, beans, tomatoes and green onions; toss gently to coat.
