Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 4 medium ripe tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Sicilian Sea Salt
- 3/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Chipotle Chile Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Garlic Powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Rub tomatoes with 1 tablespoon of the oil. Grill over high heat until tomato skin is charred, turning frequently. Finely chop tomatoes
- 2 Toss tomatoes with remaining ingredients in medium bowl. Cover
