- 1 tablespoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Chili Powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick Gourmet™ All Natural Mexican Oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Sicilian Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Saigon Cinnamon
- 2 pork tenderloins , about 1 pound each
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix seasonings in small bowl. Rub seasoning mixture all over pork
- 2 Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor
- 3 Grill over medium heat 20 minutes or until desired doneness, turning pork occasionally. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing
