Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Herbes De Provence
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 8 loin lamb chops, 1 to 1 1/2-inch thick (2 pounds)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix Herbes de Provence, lemon peel, salt, garlic powder and pepper in small bowl. Brush lamb chops lightly with oil. Rub herb mixture evenly on both sides of lamb chops
- 2 Broil or grill over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired
