Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds sea scallops
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ All Natural Tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Thread scallops onto skewers. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Brush over both sides of scallops
- 2 Broil or grill over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes or until scallops are opaque, brushing occasionally with remaining wine mixture
