Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins, about 1 pound each
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 teaspoons McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Smoked Paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Saigon Cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 450°F. Rub pork tenderloins with oil
- 2 Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Rub spice mixture all over pork. Place pork in shallow baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray
- 3 Roast 20 to 25 minutes or until desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing
