Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wing pieces
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons Chipotle Molasses
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place chicken wings in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add 1/2 cup of the marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
- 2 Preheat oven to 425°F. Line large shallow baking pan with foil; spray foil with no stick cooking spray. Remove chicken wings from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Place chicken wings on prepared pan.
- 3 Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, turning halfway through cooking. Meanwhile, mix remaining 2 tablespoons marinade and orange juice in large bowl. Add cooked wings; toss to coat well.
