A kid-friendly snack or a quick and easy dinner idea. So versatile, because you can use English muffins, prepared pizza crusts or flatbreads for the crust -- then add on an assortment of favorite toppings.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Mix Seasoning Mix and tomatoes in medium saucepan on high heat. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 2 For muffin halves, broil until lightly browned. Top each muffin half with sauce, cheese and toppings, as desired. Broil until cheese is melted.
  • 3 For pizza crusts or naan bread, top with sauce, cheese and toppings, as desired. Bake pizza crusts in preheated 450°F oven 8 to 10 minutes. Bake naan bread in preheated 400°F oven 10 to 12 minutes.
