INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Season both sides of the ribs generously with Lawry's Seasoned Salt. Make sure to rub the seasoning into the meat for maximum flavor.
- 2 Wrap each rack of ribs tightly in aluminum foil. Place them on a baking sheet.
- 3 Bake the ribs for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily pulls away from the bone. Brush with your favorite BBQ sauce.
- 4 If you prefer a charred, smoky flavor, you can finish the ribs on a preheated grill. Grill over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes on each side, or until they develop a nice, caramelized crust. Be sure to keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
- 5 Once the ribs are cooked to perfection, let them rest for a few minutes before slicing them into individual ribs. Serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side for dipping.
