Ingredients
- Seasoned Steak
- 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Lawry's® Colorful Coarse Ground Blend Seasoned Pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
- Cucumber Salad
- 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Lawry's® Colorful Coarse Ground Blend Seasoned Pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 cups chopped cucumber
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix 1 1/2 teaspoons of the seasoned salt and 1/4 teaspoon of the seasoned pepper. Rub evenly over both sides of steak.
- 2 Broil or grill steak over medium-high heat 7 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
- 3 Meanwhile, mix oil, vinegar, sugar and remaining 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt and 1/4 teaspoon seasoned pepper in medium bowl. Add cucumbers, tomatoes and onion; toss to coat. Serve sliced steak with Cucumber Salad.
