chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes

- boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 package Lawry's® Southwest Chicken Chili Slow Cooker Recipe & Seasoning Mix
- 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place chicken, beans and corn in slow cooker.
- 2 Mix Seasoning Mix, tomatoes, tomato sauce and water until well blended. Pour over chicken mixture. Cover.
- 3 Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Stir in macaroni during last 30 minutes of cooking. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.Slow Cooker Tip: For best results, do not remove cover during cooking.
