Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3/4 cup Lawry's® Steak & Chop Marinade, divided
- 1 large red onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1 large zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place beef in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add 1/2 cup of the marinade; turn to coat well. Reserve remaining marinade for brushing.
- 2 Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove beef from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Alternately thread beef, onions, zucchini and tomatoes onto skewers.
- 3 Grill kabobs over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until steak is desired doneness and vegetables are tender, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved marinade.
