Asian Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 ounces) broccoli slaw mix
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Lawry's® Sesame & Ginger Marinade, divided
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 4 hamburger rolls

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Mix broccoli slaw mix, 2 tablespoons of the marinade and mayonnaise in medium bowl; cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 2 Mix ground turkey, remaining 1/4 cup marinade and green onions in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
  • 3 Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F). Toast rolls on the grill, open-side down, about 30 seconds.
  • 4 Serve burgers on toasted rolls. Top with coleslaw
