Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds vine-ripened tomatoes, cut into thick slices
- 1 medium onion, cut into thick slices
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's® Coarse Ground With Parsley Garlic Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Chipotle Chili Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Brush tomato and onion slices with oil
- 2 Broil or grill over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until tomatoes and onions are browned
- 3 Chop tomatoes and onions. Place in medium bowl. Add cilantro, lime juice, garlic salt and chipotle chili pepper; toss well. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled meat, chicken or fish
