Ingredients
- 3/4 cup OLD BAY® Hot Sauce
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh garlic
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Yellow Mustard Seed
- 2 medium cucumbers, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill, optional
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix OLD BAY® Hot Sauce, vinegar, water, sugar, garlic and mustard seed in large saucepan. Cook on medium heat, stirring until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat; allow mixture to cool completely. Stir in fresh dill, if using.
- 2 Place cucumbers in large glass jar or bowl. Pour cooled pickling liquid over cucumbers. Seal tightly or cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
