Ingredients
- 1 can (14 3/4 ounces) salmon or 1 pound salmon fillets cooked
- 1 package OLD BAY® Classic Salmon Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- old bay tartar sauce

Drain can of salmon or use cooked salmon. Remove skin and bones. Flake salmon.
In a large bowl mix Classic Mix and mayonnaise. Add salmon and toss gently until coated. Shape into 5 patties.
Broil or fry 5 minutes per side or until golden brown turning once. Serve with tartar sauce.
