Ingredients
- 1/4 cup OLD BAY® Seasoned Coating Mix
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix Coating Mix and Italian Seasoning in small bowl; set aside.
- 2 Place salmon fillets, skin side down, on foil-lined sheet pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Mix mayo and lemon juice in small bowl. Brush tops of salmon fillets with mayo mixture. Sprinkle with coating mixture to cover evenly, pressing gently to adhere if needed.
- 3 Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and topping is golden brown and crispy.
