Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 2 cups thinly sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup thinly sliced onion

- 1 tablespoon OLD BAY® Classic Seafood Seasoning
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook and stir about 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining oil in skillet on medium heat. Add onions and peppers; cook and stir about 5 minutes or until tender and lightly browned. Return steak to skillet. Stir in OLD BAY. Top mixture with cheese slices; let stand 1 minute until cheese is slightly melted. Stir into steak mixture until well blended.
- 2 Spoon steak mixture onto warmed tortillas. Roll up tortillas and serve immediately.
