Ingredients
- 1/2 package Simply Asia® Japanese Style Soba Noodles
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon organic sesame seed toasted
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 COOK noodles as directed on package. Rinse under cold water. Drain well.
- 2 MEANWHILE, for the dipping sauce, mix vinegar, oil, juice, sugar and soy sauce in small bowl until well blended. Set aside.
- 3 DIVIDE noodles among individual serving plates. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Divide dipping sauce into smaller serving bowls. To serve, dip noodles into dipping sauce first before eating.
