- 1 pound of ¼ inch thick slab bacon or pork belly
- 1/4 cup Stubb's® Sweet Heat Barbecue
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Prepare grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat.
- 2 Using long tongs place bacon directly on grill. Grill 1-2 minutes per side. While grilling move bacon around grill with tongs to avoid fire flare-up (about 2 times per side). Grill bacon until crispy.
- 3 Just before removing the bacon from the grill, glaze both sides of bacon with Stubb’s Sweet Heat Bar-B-Q Sauce.
- 4 Remove from grill with tongs and enjoy.
