- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Thai Kitchen® Gluten Free Premium Fish Sauce

Substitutions available
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 2 fresh Thai bird’s eye chilies, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped unsalted dry roasted peanuts, (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 MIX all ingredients except carrots and peanuts in medium bowl. Cover.
- 2 REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour. Sprinkle with carrots and peanuts, if desired, before serving. Serve with Vegetable Spring Rolls.
