- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 pound ground chicken or boneless chicken, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 2 tablespoons Thai Kitchen® Gluten Free Premium Fish Sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 Thai red chile, seeded and sliced , (optional)
- Cooked Jasmine Rice
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 HEAT oil in large skillet or wok on medium-high heat. Add garlic; stir fry 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add chicken; stir fry until lightly browned.
- 2 ADD onion, fish sauce, sugar and chile; stir fry 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- 3 SERVE with cooked Jasmine Rice.
